ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
Our ACM will be on Sunday, September 21. There will be ONE SERVICE at 10 AM. Twenty minutes after the service, the meeting will begin. We will elect church leadership for the next two years and hear important info related to the life and ministry of VJF. This is an important meeting. Plan on participating. FYI – Voting is reserved for members only; attending the meeting is OPEN TO ALL.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS – 10.5.25
A membership class is planned for Sunday, October 5, immediately following the s11:30 AM service. A light lunch will be served. Membership Applications are available at the Welcome Center. Please turn in your completed form to the Church Office by Sunday, September 28.
IMMEDIATE NEED: MISSIONARY HOSTS
We will have two missionary guests on the last Sunday of September and need two rooms for Saturday, 09.27.25. If you can exercise your gift of hospitality for 1 or both rooms, contact Bill Abeyta at 805 205-4456, or the church office ASAP! Thank you.
TEEN CHALLENGE – Planters & Succulent Clippings Collection!
Blessed to bless others continues… September 3–21
As mission partners with TEEN CHALLENGE, we’re familiar with their Log Succulent Planters that the ladies in rehab plant and sell to support the ministry.
TEEN CHALLENGE is branching out!! The ladies are still in the design phase of planting succulents, but would like to use different pots, planters, vases, and containers. So – we’re collecting! Got containers and/or succulent clippings to donate? Bring them to the church between 09.03 and 09.21.
