MEMBERSHIP AND BAPTISM – WHAT’S THE RELATIONSHIP?
Both work together to identify you as a follower of Jesus. Baptism is the public declaration that you’ve put your faith in Jesus for the forgiveness of sin. Membership affirms your “citizenship” or commitment as an individual to a local body of believers. At VJF, we encourage both. Applications for baptism and church membership are available on the info table across from the office. Orientation classes will be offered soon. Questions? Contact the church office.

COMING SOON!
Very soon, the front office will be refreshed to become VJF’s new PRAYER ROOM. What’s the purpose of a prayer room? It will be a dedicated space where people can find moments of quietness as they connect with God individually or with a small group. The PRAYER ROOM will serve as a reminder of the importance of prayer in the life of a believer and in the life of our church. Our desire is for the PRAYER ROOM to be a POWER-PACKED PRAYER ROOM – where intentional praise and sincere intercession happen and we seek God’s will, not our own.
