JOURNEY TO THE CROSS – A GRANDS Easter Event SATURDAY, APRIL 12 @ 10 AM
(For Grandparents & Kids / Gr K-6)
HEY Grandparents! You and your grandkids, GREAT-grandkids…or “adopted” grandkids are invited to join us on a journey to Jerusalem this Easter! Discover more about Jesus’ incredible life, sacrifice, and resurrection. You’ll come away knowing Easter’s real message: JESUS IS ALIVE TODAY AND HE LOVES YOU! On our Journey, we’ll enjoy MYO -Journey Trail Mix, plus fun games, activities, and songs at GRAND Easter Bible Stations! (For kids grades K-6)
This GRANDS Easter Event is FREE!! However, you must let us know you and your kiddos are coming. Sign up at the Welcome Center or contact the church office. TY to those who volunteered to do candy-filled Easter eggs! We have what we need.

JOIN OUR VJF HOSPITALITY TEAM!
Our church’s hospitality ministry exists to create a welcoming environment, encourage fellowship and efficiently serve at special events such as luncheons, dinners, and memorials. Organized hospitality teams help us carry out this mission. Currently, we have 3 teams that work on a rotation basis, coordinated by Anita Larson and the team leaders, Connie Bennett, Paige Cabasug, and Lucinda Vasquez. There’s ALWAYS ROOM for more team members!! If you have a heart for service and are interested in being part of a hospitality team, we encourage you to contact the church office.
NEW PREACHING SERIES – PHILIPPIANS
Right after Easter, Pastor Leonard will begin a study in the book of Philippians. Primary Focus: JOY!! Begin to read it over now. Philippians is only four chapters and encourages us no matter what we face. Here’s a little Philippians Trivia: Of what was Paul confident? (1:6) Above all, how should we live? (1:27) How did Jesus humble Himself? (2:5-8) What did Paul desire to know? (3:10) What does Paul hope to receive at the end of his race? (3:14) What should we always do? (4:4) What does God provide? (4:19)
APRIL GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP – TUE, APRIL 8 @ 3:30 PM
ATTENTION CAREGIVERS!
The monthly Grief Support Group is for everyone going through the grief process. Caregivers normally experience Anticipatory Grief, Delayed Grief, and Compound Grief all at the same time. If you are a caregiver, and we know Jubilee has several, we are praying for you and invite you to find support at our next Grief Group. You are not alone!
