A Celebration of Life for Hal Davis will be held on Friday, May 23rd, at 11:00 AM at VJF. Your support for Carol and the family will be most appreciated as we remember Hal’s life and affirm our faith in Jesus Christ, our living Savior.

As his church family, we rejoice to know that he is with his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, and we also grieve his passing. He will be missed. WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY – SUMMER SESSION · BEGINS JUNE 25

If you like to have people in your home, hosting Summer Supper Clubs (SSC) might be for you!! SSC is a great way to connect with others in our church family! There’s no program – just dinner, hospitality, and conversation!
Here’s what you need to know about hosting an SSC club:
- This year’s SSC get-togethers are BRING YOUR OWN DINNER (BYOD) events – not potluck like in years past. Hosts will provide dessert.
- SSCs meet 3x during the summer at your home – Friday, June 13; Friday, July 11; and Friday, August 8. Time: 6 PM. You tell us how many people you’d like to host – 6,8,10, etc.
- The MORE host homes, the MORE people can participate in SSC. Interested in HOSTING? Please contact Pam Merillat or Linda Paulson ASAP.

The Sunshine Group is responsible for sending greeting cards to those in our Jubilee family to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, as well as extend get-well, sympathy, and thinking-of-you sentiments. We are blessed to have a WONDERFUL team of ladies who have worked behind the scenes the past year, sending words of encouragement and sharing God’s love to the VJF family.
