1. Don’t miss this Sunday, when Pastor Sherrow and the choir will present their patriotic musical titled “His Truth is Marching On.” Be sure to invite family and friends. Pastor Leonard will deliver a message, “Let the Fire Fall.”
2. Just a reminder that the graveside service for Rose Marie Volker will be this Wednesday, June 28th at 2 PM. All are invited to attend.
3. Have you been asking the LORD what He would have you give to Mission Impact 2023, during July and August? Our goal of $150,000 is our biggest yet. With God’s help, I know we can reach it.
4. Has your Summer Supper Club met yet? We hope so. Remember you are to meet at least once a month during June, July, and August.
5. Free books! Pastor Leonard is cleaning out his home library and does not have enough room in his church office for all the books. You’ll find several boxes of books in the lobby, near the church office. Feel free to help yourself – Pastor Leonard.
6. Tuesday, July 4th: The Church office will be closed and JoyBells will not be practicing.
7. Child Evangelism Fellowship needs volunteers for their upcoming Ventura County Fair Ministry. Particularly they need persons – men or women – who are willing to share the Gospel using the Wordless Book at the Little Red Schoolhouse. Training is available. If you are able and willing to participate in this open-air ministry, any day between August 2 and 13, please visit their website (cefventura.org) and register.

We want all of our folks, members and visitors alike, to feel welcome when they enter the VJF Worship Center – greeted with a smile or handshake, given a bulletin, and possibly guided to a seat. Prayerfully consider serving as a “first representative” of Jesus. Contact our pastors, if interested.
