Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study, Thursday, 6 AM. This week we will begin a study on some of the Life Principles found in the book of Proverbs.
Attention all Ladies – Your new study in the book of Haggai begins this Wednesday at 10 AM. What a great study this is going to be. Invite other ladies to attend with you for this Jennifer Rothschild study.
Movie Night, Friday, November 19th at 6 PM. We will be showing “The Case for Christ.” It is on the life story of Lee Strobel, a former atheist, and his quest to prove that the Christian faith was not real. As an investigative journalist, with a legal degree, the evidence kept piling up to the point he could no longer deny Christ, the Truth. If you have friends who are not saved, please bring them.
Christmas Dinner ticket sales start Nov. 21st. Plan to join us on Monday, December 13th for this event which will be held at Ventura Missionary Church. Our special guest will be my long-time friend, Larry Wayne Morbitt. He is an incredible singer. The cost is $5 per person. 6 PM.
My first book – “Jehovah-Jireh” was published about 35 years ago. It is all about God answering our prayers and providing for us. I am going to put about a dozen copies on the Information Table. They are free. If you haven’t read it, might I suggest after you read it, that you pass it on to someone else?

Have you been Baptized since you received Christ as your Savior? This step is something that Jesus asks you to do as an expression of your faith in Him. Use the Information Card to let us know of your desire to be baptized.
Many, many thanks to all of you who filled the Samaritan Purse Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Your box is going to be treasured by a boy or girl somewhere in the world. Pray that the one(s) receiving your box(es) will come to faith in Jesus. This Sunday is the last day to turn in your boxes.
NEW SERIES in Pastor Jim’s Bible Alive Class… a study of the Gospel of Luke. Luke, a highly educated man — trained as a doctor, tells us in the first four verses of his book that he wrote it so we would have the true and complete story of Jesus’ life. Come and join us this Sunday morning in the “Music Room.”
