Christmas is a great time to invite family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to church. People are often more willing to come at Christmas time than at any other time of the year. Inviting is simply part of building relationships. You don’t need to hard sell it. Prayerfully extend the invite and let the Holy Spirit draw them.
WHAT BAPTISM IS ALL ABOUT
Baptism gets its importance from Christ’s death in our place, His burial, and His triumph over death. Through baptism, a person publicly declares he or she is a follower of Jesus and wants to serve Him wholeheartedly. Interested in expressing your faith through baptism? Pick up an application from the information table in the foyer and return it to the church office.
