Just a word about our CHRISTMAS DINNER, Monday, December 13th at 6 PM. We want to start right at 6 PM, so if you could be there and seated by then, we would really appreciate it. Also, if you have tickets and your plans change, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible as we have a waiting list.
Many thanks to those who worked so faithfully to decorate the church for Christmas. It is beautiful!
“GOOD NEWS FROM HOME”, We invite you to come to our Christmas choir presentation, under the direction of Pastor Mike Sherrow. Sunday, Dec.19 at 10:00 and 11:30 AM. Come to our Worship Center and celebrate Christmas with your friends and family.
Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study – we are currently doing a study on “Wisdom” as found in the book of Proverbs. The wisdom we are looking at was given to Solomon by God so that makes it super important. I would encourage all men to attend, if possible.
This Sunday our Special Guest will be Larry Wayne Morbitt. He will do two songs in each service. Please invite family and friends to come and be blessed through the ministry of music and the spoken word.
Just a Reminder – Our next Grief Support Group meeting will be Tuesday, December 14th at 4 PM. I really want to encourage those dealing with loss and grief to attend. Rev. Paul Lenderman, the leader is a Certified Grief Counselor. You are welcome to join anytime. Paul is also available for personal counseling.
Women’s Bible Study is continuing with the book of Haggai. Ladies, we meet at 10 AM for worship and song, then break into small groups. It is a blessed time of study and fellowship. You are always welcome!
Teamwork – Are you excited to be a part of Jubilee? I know I am. My goal is to do everything for the glory of God. We try really hard to present the ministry in such a way that you would never hesitate to invite family and friends to come with you to worship the LORD. You are the key to our growth. Ask the Holy Spirit to put people on your heart and mind to invite. Working together we can see many lives changed for the glory of God.
Do you know of families that need toys for Christmas? The Sheriff’s Dept. is looking for the names and phone numbers of such families. If you call or text me the names and phone numbers of such families, I will pass them on. (Pastor Leonard)
