Christmas is a great time to invite family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to church. People are often more willing to come at Christmas time than at any other time of the year. Inviting is simply part of building relationships. You don’t need to sell hard. Prayerfully extend the invite and let the Holy Spirit draw them.
WHAT BAPTISM IS ALL ABOUT
Baptism gets its importance from Christ’s death in our place, His burial, and His triumph over death. Through baptism, a person publicly declares that they are a follower of Jesus and want to serve Him wholeheartedly. Interested in expressing your faith through baptism? Pick up an application from the information table in the foyer and return it to the church office.

Friday night’s Christmas Banquet with Tim Kirschenmann and Friends was wonderful!! Food, festivities, fellowship, and fabulous Christmas music made for a joyous evening. A special thanks to Mike Wickham for wrangling our sound and media; to Anita Larson and her Hospitality Teams for the exquisite décor and gracious service; to our guest musicians – Tim, Kelry, Ron, and Paul – for leading our celebration of Jesus in song; and to the many extras who saw a need and stepped in to help!!! The whole evening honored our Savior and His birthday.

Often at the end of the year, people like to give extra, often to improve their tax situation. Whatever the reason, if you feel prompted to give an end-of-year gift, we will put it to good use.

We will have ONE SERVICE on the Sunday after Christmas and NO Bible Alive. Finish the year strong. Focus on worshiping God. Face the New Year with hope!
