LAST SUNDAY OF ADVENT – 12.22. JOIN US!!
Our theme: NOT SOLD IN STORES: The Best Christmas Presents Ever. As we prepare to celebrate Christ’s birth, we’ll focus on those God-Given gifts that we cannot buy in stores, but that Jesus brought when He came into our world: peace, joy, service, and love. This coming Sunday – Christmas Sunday, we’ll focus on LOVE. It would be great to have our entire Jubilee family present.

MEMORIAL SERVICES
The memorial for Dr. Mark and Miriam Harmeling will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 2 PM at Pleasant Valley Bible Church.
END-OF-YEAR GIVING
First, THANK YOU for your faithful giving throughout 2024. Your regular giving plus your giving to missions has enabled us to do so much for the glory of God. Often at the end of the year, people like to give extra – often to improve their tax situation. Whatever the reason, if you feel prompted to give an end-of-year gift, we will put it to good use.
INAUGURAL PRAYER HOUR – SUNDAY, JANUARY 19th from 3-4 PM
God tells us to pray for our leaders. As President-elect Trump prepares to be inaugurated on January 20, we want to come together as the body of Christ for a special time of prayer on Sunday, January 19 from 3-4 PM. God will be honored and we want our new administration to seek Him as they lead. Let’s come together and intercede corporately for our country.
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT… (from Pastor Leonard)
When Teen Challenge was recently here, director Rosie Weir shared how they had been given two houses to use for the ministry. How FANTASTIC! It got me thinking… As you know, our building has new owners, and they appreciate us as tenants. Their rep wanted to know if we would like to rent additional space next door. Of course, we would, but right now we cannot afford to financially. Maybe you own a house, buildings, or property that you could give to VJF as a gift to God. Such a gift would make it possible to expand our ministry. It’s something to pray about, and if the Lord nudges you, I would love to talk with you!
