ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. This Sunday, we will bless those who bring a guest. Stop at the Welcome Center and give them your name and the name of your guest(s). Remember, the guest(s) must be someone you would like to see get interested in Jubilee.
2. Movie Night – this Wednesday, February 19th at 5:30 PM. We will be showing the true story of a 14-year old boy who fell through the ice and there was no way he could live … But, he did! Please invite your unchurched family and friends to come and view “Breakthrough”.
3. This would be a good time for you to become a member of Ventura Jubilee Fellowship. If you plan to join, please note so on the Welcome Card located on chair backs, in Worship Center, or pick up a membership application form at the Information Table. Our annual business meeting is in September and if you are interested in voting on important matters, you must be a member of the church.
We would love for you to become a member of our Jubilee Fellowship and join the congregation of over 300 members.
4. Have you been baptized since you received Christ as your Savior? If you have not, then as your pastor, I want to encourage you to do so, as an expression of your faith relationship with Jesus Christ. Please let us know of your desire to honor your LORD in this way. Forms are available on the Information Table each Sunday morning or, please note so on the Welcome Card located on the chair backs in the Worship Center.
5. Our Adult Bible Class begins again with a brand-new teacher — Richard Abbey. He is a very gifted teacher. On Sunday, he will introduce you to the Apostle Paul, as seen in the book of Acts. Class time is 10:40 AM – 11:20 AM. Pass the word. The class will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room, located in the back of the Worship Center.
6. Attention All Ladies – Your new Bible Study begins this Wednesday at 10 AM. Come, even if you didn’t get signed up. The study will be 1st & 2nd Peter. Cost for the workbook is $15. Encourage other ladies to attend.
7. Be sure you protect these dates – March 13th – 15th, for the Bible Conference with Dr. Robert Morgan. He is very gifted and knowledgeable teacher of God’s truth. Be much in prayer for Him and the series. Be encouraging others right now, to attend. I can hardly wait for him to get here.
8. Associate Pastor Update – This past Sunday, you heard Jim Merillat, as he shared God’s Word. On Sunday, March 8th, you will meet Aaron Bellar, the other candidate under consideration. Pray for us to have clear leading from the LORD as to who He would have come to assist me in caring for this church family. Keep in mind that their ability in the pulpit is only one part of their job description.
9. This Sunday, we will continue our new series in the book of Revelation. Keep in mind that the main thrust of this remarkable book is the revealing of the Person of Jesus Christ and prophetic events that will take place as we come to the end of time, as we know it, in this present world.
10. Calling all men! Come join your brothers-in-Christ for an inspirational time of fellowship, (home-made) breakfast, song, prayer and a meditation. Where else can you go, at 6 AM … for just $5.00! You’ll pay more than that for coffee, a hard roll, tax and tip at any local café. You just can’t beat Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study, every Thursday morning, 6 AM. The welcome mat is out!

12. Ventura Missionary Church has invited us to join them in an upcoming trip:
“Great Western Southern Gospel Fan Festival Tour” – April 30 – May 3, 2020. It looks like a great trip, full of activities. See Clarence at the Information Table for details.
